Selected ferments were drained to American oak barrels and hogsheads to complete fermentation and undergo natural malolactic fermentation, after which they were racked and matured for a further 24 months prior to individual barrel selection and blending. This complex wine displays both cool and warm climate Shiraz characters in an easy drinking, well suited to any red meat dish.
Woop Woop, a much-uttered knockabout colloquialism, refers to somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Woop Woop is quintessentially Australian for “out there” or “boondocks”. With minimal oak treatment, the Woop Woop Shiraz showcases varietal representation with Aussie terroir being a focal point made in a light-to-medium bodied style, these wines are perfectly suited to year-round consumption.
