Product Details
The Luna Shiraz opens with a perfumed nose with blueberry, red currant fruits with violets and spice notes. A medium to full bodied Shiraz, with flavors of blueberries, red currants with floral notes. It's textured with a lingering dry finish with notes of hazelnuts and vanilla bean.
Pair with lamb cutlets with Shiraz jus.
7 different blocks were used for this wine. Each were harvested separately.
7 day ferments, using cultured yeast.
Stored in a combination of older French oak barrels and stainless steel tank.
