A fresh floral nose, reminiscent of linden blooms. Citrusy and salty, mineral essence which would pair with light pasta dishes, fish and white meats.

70% Carricante, 20% Catarratto, 5% Grecanico, 5% Inzolia. From vineyards located on the northern slopes of the Etna volcano, 600-900 meters above sea level. Vines range between 5-80 years old.

Harvested at the beginning of October, the grapes go through a soft pressing and low temperature. Fermented and aged 100% in stainless steel tank.
