A beautiful bright yellow with transparency. On the nose, fruity and floral with notes of peach, apricot, orange zest, honey and a side of vanilla. Gourmet, you can find a nice balance between the acidity and roundness. Fruity attack and a finish of sweet spices and almond.
Domaine Rousset, located in the village of Erome on the northern border of Hermitage, spans 9.5 hectares of steep granite hillsides planted to Syrah, Marsanne and Roussanne. Stephane Rousset prefers to farm his family's vineyards as traditionally as possibleto keep the same style of wine his father made before him. The white wines from Rousset start off with classic white fruit and round out with age. All of Rousset's wine have tremendous ability to age when stored in the proper conditions.
