This wine has an opaque purple color. It features intense fruit aromas, along notes of blackberry, and mocha.  On the palate, it is complemented with complex, varied flavors: black fruit, blueberry and raspberry. It is full-bodied, multilayered, with rich tannins, with a long and elegant finish.

Shiloh Mosaic is our flagship wine. This wine is a blend of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 17% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc. Aged for a period of 18 months in French oak barrels.
