A wild and wonderful abundance of floral aromatics jumps from the glass of this powerfully structured wine. Sure, there are also currant and plum aromas on the nose as well juicy berry fruit and a nice streak of acid to balance the tannin on the palate but please, take time to stop and smell the flowers. -T.C.
