A bouquet of honey, pear and orange blossom. Wonderfully aromatic. On the palate, sweet, bright acidity with pineapple and white peach. Ideal with fiery fare - especially Thai, Szechwan, Mexican, Middle Eastern and Caribbean cuisine.
Wine Enthusiast Review:
Truth in advertising here. The sweet shop opens with aromas of lemon drop hard candies, puffed rice and wet rocks filling the air. Then flavors of lemon zest, maraschino cherries and other fruit cocktail members deliver a nice sweet-tart punch. What keeps this from becoming a fruit slushie is the wine's zippy acidity. -M.A.
