The 2022 Mannequin pours a luminous gold core with flecks of emerald, which appear stunning in the glass. A romatic notes of yellow peach, crème fraiche and graham cracker emanate without much coaxing. On the palate, bright hints of white peach, bosc pear, caramel apple, candied walnut and lemon pith envelop and coat effortlessly. A round finish and supple mouth feel give way to a touch of toffee at close.
Aged in French Oak sur lie for nine months, 27% new.
