The Oenogenesis Mataroa Nautical Assyrtiko is dominated by citrus with a prominent acidity backbone. There is also vibrant minerality, and a very rich and vibrant palate, with hints of tannins.
This wine is a meticulous vinification of the Assyrtiko variety, farmed organically in seaside vineyards of northern mainland Greece where the grape found its second home. 2 days of skin contact and no additives, for a revealing alternative expression of this important grape.
