Mount Gay Rum Eclipse has distinctive floral and fruity aromas with notes of apricot and banana and hints of vanilla. The palate is filled with a subtle smokiness imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged. The warm, medium body has a bright finish.
