The La Chaussynette Rosé is a bone-dry blend of Grenache and Syrah with a beautiful pale salmon color and subtle aromas and flavors of strawberries, lemon and lime peel, wet stones and a lick of salt. Under a screw cap with a medium body, medium alcohol, and medium+ acidity, this is a fantastic pink wine for all occasions. We’re very lucky.
This Vin de France uses declassified fruit from their Côtes du Rhône Villages holdings. The grapes are hand picked with 0% destemming. Vinified and aged in concrete tank for 3-6 months before bottling.
