The Lis Neris Fiore di Campo is a cuvée where the Sauvignon inspires, the Riesling exalts and the Friulano amalgamates. A warm and enveloping wine with a hint of elegant spiciness. At ease with dishes from the Mediterranean diet.
A blend of 85% Friulano, 10% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Riesling from 15+ year old vines grown in San Lorenzo Isontino, Moraro, Romans (Gorizia). The grapes are hand harvested. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 20-22 °C. Maturation on the fine lees in the same fermentation containers for 8 months with frequent bâtonnage. After bottling the wine is cellared for a brief period before release. 13.5% alcohol. An average of 30,000 bottles are produced each year.
