Product Details
Ruby red with garnet tints. Delicate with touches of woodland fruit and berries, tobacco and sandalwood. The right balance between the fragrances of the Sangiovese and the tannins of the oak.
Wine Advocate Review:
The organic La Torre 2019 Brunello di Montalcino is elegant and tight with floral notes, iris root and a sweet note of cherry confit or crème de cassis. It has a cushiony feel, or bounce, and the wine envelopes the whole palate without pulling too strong in any one direction. Some sweetness carries to the palate. This pretty wine would benefit from a few more years of bottle age. Production is 14,000 bottles. Drink 2026-2050.
