The Tselepos Avlotopi Cabernet Sauvignon appears a deep ruby color in the glass. Refined vanilla and coffee aromas, spices and roasted forest fruit aromas fill the nose. A full-body combined with rich tannic structure and high acidity that perfectly complements the pronounced aromatic intensity aroma condensation. It can be aged at least for 10 to 12 years.
Pair with a ribeye with wine sauce, goat, smoked and aged cheese, or bitter chocolate cake with raspberries.
Yiannis and Amalia Tselepos when looking for a suitable location, they chose the earthen hills on the outskirts of the historic Mount Parnonas to plant their vineyards and founded Ktima Tselepos in 1989. The estate is located at the southeastern end of the Mantinian plateau, at an altitude of 750 meters.
