This Pear Brandy has a crystal clear appearance and an aroma dominated by fresh pear scents. On the palate, it is soft and rounded, offering up a nice interplay between pear and herbal flavors.
Kammer-Kirsch has been distilling fine fruit brandies using the traditional distillation process since 1909. Copper stills (pot stills) are used for double distillation using a traditional method. The distiller alone controls the distilling process by hand every day - without the use of computers or other modern technology. Our fruit brandies are first distilled from ripe fruits in the double distillation process and then matured in our temperature-resistant cellars.This pear grew naturally inside this bottle. Already in spring bottles are tied up with wires on pear trees. Pears then grow inside the bottle during the year.
