Delicate aromas of toasted bread, floral tones, and paying tribute to the seductive and red fruit characteristics of the Pinot Noir grapes.
This sparkling rosé will go well with pasta, cured meats, Japanese food and baked goods.
Originally developed for the United States and now as popular as Reserva de la Familia, Juvé & Camps’ flagship rosé is made from 100% certified organic Pinot Noir grapes from the Espiells vineyards. Following the “Méthode Traditionnelle”, it is aged for a limited time of 12 months in the bottle to preserve its fresh and fruity aromas. Only 9g/L dosage is added after the disgorgement to this dry sparkling wine, to showcase of the Pinot Noir fruit in its purest form.
Vinous Review:
Lurid orange-pink. Ripe red berries, tangerine and a floral quality on the expressive nose. In a plush, forward style, showing good breadth as well as energy to the raspberry, cherry and blood orange flavors. Finishes long and silky, with a repeating floral note and a hint of toastiness.
