Beautiful aromas of ripe Meyer lemon and orange blossom jump right out of the glass. The first taste is equally lively and dynamic as the bouquet. Vivid citrus flavors and a hint of minerality meld effortlessly with delicate French oak notes, all elevated by refreshing acidity.
Due to its crispness and citrus elements, Jordan Chardonnay can be enjoyed as an aperitif and is also a versatile food pairing wine. Unlike many fuller-bodied Chardonnays, Jordan Chardonnay will not overpower salads or raw bar favorites, and it also creates a nice contrast of flavors with richer seafood, such as salmon or ahi tuna. The wine’s acidity and oak nuances can complement grilled chicken or roasted vegetable dishes and creamy pastas.

A restrained nose that is very citrus-driven, displaying notes of honeydew melon, preserved lemons, lime zest and lemon balm. The palate is tight and fresh with a medium-bodied texture, showing notes of grapefruit, orange blossoms, flint and lanolin. A balanced and fresh wine from a hot vintage.
