Yuja tea (유자차) was a favorite of King Sejong, the most famous of Korean kings who was responsible for the creation of the Korean script in the 1400s.
Yuja is citrus fruit that is slightly sweet and tart, but has an intense flavor. In Korea, yuja is used to create a marmalade for traditional tea. Pretty much every Korean grandma kept these in a big glass jar.
