Ruby red color. Aromas of fresh red berries. Pleasant taste with good structure and balanced tannins.  Excellent with appetizers, meats, cold cuts, cheeses and pizza.

Grapes are picked late September to early October. Destemming and maceration for 12-15 days.  Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks. Aged for eight months in wood barrels and then for three months in the bottle.
