The bouquet of the Blanc de Blancs is reminiscent of ripe pineapple and toasted biscuit, underscored by a distinctive citrus blossom note. Juicy pear, white chocolate and lemon zest flavors fill the palate, which expand through the wines vivacious stream of bubbles and firm structure. Crisp, clean, and well balanced. It is medium-bodied with a palate of apple and bright citrus flavors with a moderately long and crisp finish.
