Product Details
The Esporao Assobio Tinto appears a red color with violet hues in the glass. The nose is intense and lively, dominated by red fruits. Good concentration on the palate where its freshness and elegance stand out.
Close to one of Quinta dos Murças’ boundaries, we can find a valley formed by steep slopes. Here, in this mostly north-facing location, which is more sheltered from the sun, we can hear the wind whistling when it blows. The Assobio range comes from vines like those found there, from plots with unique characteristics, and planted at higher altitudes.
A blend of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Franca. 10% of the blend aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
