The Chablis vineyard produces a white Burgundy, whose 100% Chardonnay character is very evident. The hillside vineyard dates back to the 12th century ans surrounds the many pictureesque small towns throughout the Chablis Region.
In the purest respect of Chablis tradition : no barrel aging; the objective, in our winemaking, is to preserve the natural character of the wine from our terroirs without the slightest foreign contribution.
