Equinoxe is a easy-drinking wine with notes of red fruits and floral notes. On the palate, the wine is velvety with a nice acidity. Round, fruity and easy to drink.
A blend of Gamaret, Garanoir, Gamay and Diolinoir.
In 1990, Reynald Parmelin took over half of the family wine estate. In a quarter of a century, the three hectares he received were transformed into an operation of more than twenty hectares. In 1994, the man who divided his time between his work as a winemaker and a teaching position at the Haute Ecole de Changins decided to turn to organic farming. It thus becomes the first certified estate in the canton of Vaud. In 2010, a new step was reached since the cellar, which works according to the precepts of biodynamics, obtained the Demeter label.
