An intensely aromatic Port with ripe, plumy, raisin aromas, revealing a lot of freshness to its fruity side. Very balanced, showing elegance and richness with delicious raisin and date flavours. His Eminence's Choice is best served at room temperature or lightly chilled in the summer to enjoy the rich bouquet and taste.

The Ports selected for the blending of this Delaforce 10 years are fermented in the traditional lagars for better extraction extraction of power and structure, and in autovinifiers for elegance and mellowness. The ageing process is then carried out in oak barrels and vats.
