The long history of Vasdavanos Winery - Distillery dates back to the early 20th century when Vaios Vasdavanos, a winegrower from Damasi, Tirnavos, started producing and trading wine and tsipouro in his own small cottage industry.
Little by little, his products gained reputation in the region, for their exceptional quality and unique aroma. His three sons, passionate about Tirnavos distillates and aromas, decided to continue the tradition of their father, so in 1959 they founded the Vasdavanos Winery - Distillery.
