On the nose, aromas of lychee, melon and a little grapefruit come up, balanced by a light smoky aroma from the barrel. In the mouth, the wine is rounded with a delicate balanced acidity and an abundance of fruit flavors.
This wine is especially suitable for drinking with spicy and even spicy dishes in the style of Thai and Indian cuisine. It is also suitable for drinking with grilled chicken and smoked fish.
This wine contains Sauvignon Blanc from the Alkosh vineyard, the Sapsofa vineyard, the Ben Zamra vineyard and the Tel Fars vineyard. Each plot was harvested by hand. Par of the wine was spontaneously fermented in selected French oak barrels with a volume of 225 liters and then aged on its lees for about 6 months. Part of the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks in cold fermentation and a very aromatic wine with a relatively light body is obtained. After the maturation period of each of the ingredients is completed, the final blend is made.
