Levantina is a deep purple in color with soft generous aromatics of ripe plums and blackberries layered with coffee, tobacco and coconut.
55% Petite Sirah, 20% Grenache, 20% Carignan, 5% Petit Verdot. A blend from three different vineyards around Israel; Petite Sirah from Moshav Kidron, Grenache from Moshav Even Menachem, Carignan from Kfar Tabor.
Each parcel was harvested and vinified individually in stainless steel then transferred to oak for ten months. After which they were blended together and allowed to marry in barrel for a further two months. 12 Months total in barrel.
