Domaine Le Colombier Vacqueyras Tradition 2022 750ml

The Domaine Le Colombier Vacqueyras Tradition appears a ruby red color in the glass. Cherry and small red fruit appear immediately in the nose and in mouth. A very good balance between tannins, acidity and alcohol.

Pair with turkey prepared with thyme and rosemary or other grilled white meat, medium flavored cheese.

70 % Grenache, 20 % Syrah, 10 % Mourvèdre. No ageing in wood in order to maintain the fruit.

Shows inviting cherry and boysenberry flavors up front, layered with generous singed garrigue and shaved iron accents. Offers graphite and cool stone notes that move through, with strappy tannins providing firm direction through a finish marked by appealing floral high tones. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
