Straw yellow in the glass with an elegant nose that is delightfully fruity featuring white peach, nuts and white flowers. In the mouth its flavor is rich, soft and fresh with a long and persistent finish.

Showing good freshness and fruit quality in a challenging and very hot vintage, the Colli di Lapio 2022 Fiano di Avellino Romano Clelia shows nicely to both the nose and the palate. It opens to creamy citrus, golden apple and yellow papaya. Mineral tones are softly woven throughout. The secret of this wine is its high vineyard elevation, with vines at a cool 530 meters above sea level on volcanic soils. This is an ample production of 70,000 bottles.  Anticipated Maturity: 2023-2026
