Born in the silky, sandy, gravely soil so typical of its appellation, Alter Ego grows into the powdery delicacy of great Margaux wines, mirroring their essence. Offering a blend often dominated by Merlot, its aromatic dimension is seductive, and its original texture easy to approach. More accessible in its youth than its elder, it nonetheless benefits from age. It can be cellared for a season or more, to reveal still further subtleties of character.
