The Chateau Les Trois Manoirs opens with expressive aromas of red summer fruits with spicy notes followed by a plaate that is complex and well structured with chewy tannins and spice.
This vintage is ideal with beef Wellington, mature cheeses, vegetable lasagna or game terrine.
Located in the heart of the Médoc, Château Les Trois Manoirs is a Cru Bourgeois estate owned by the acclaimed Cruchon family (who run Château Chantemerle, another Cru Bourgeois). For this sophisticated cuvée, the Cruchons selected premium parcels from their estate vineyards, stocked with vines up to 50 years old. In the cellar, light oak ageing softens the Cabernet dominant blend and adds subtle spice notes and just a hint of vanilla.
