The nose is generous and lively with notes of apricot, wild peach, complex pastry aromas and hints of the Garrigue.
The palate is full, ample and intense with delicate notes of fresh flowers, yellow fruit, almonds and sweet spices, followed by a touch of honey. A long, complex and saline finish.

Wine Advocate Review:
A blend of 58% Grenache, 12% Tibouren, 11% Syrah, 11% Rolle, 6% Cinsault and 2% Sémillon, the 2022 Cotes de Provence Rose was matured 30% in 600-liter French oak barrels (62% new and 38% one-year-old) and left on the lees for four to five months. Fresh and gently oaky, the bouquet is refined and complex with aromas of pear, peach, red berries, spices, grapefruit, menthol, iodine and red berries. Juicy and fresh, the wine is perfectly balanced, sappy and textured on the palate, with a long, very fresh finish. It needs one or two years in bottle, but you can already see its potential.
