Casa d'Ambra Ischia Bianco comes from two steeply sloping Ischia crus, almost overhanging, located at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level: the Pietra Martone and Tifeo vineyards.
Biancolella and Forestera are vinified without maceration at low controlled temperatures. Subsequently, the wine remains in contact with the fermentation yeasts for a long period, in order to refine its organoleptic characteristics.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose is dominated by yellow fruits, with an evident hint of banana, reached by pleasant notes of broom. In the mouth it is intense but delicate, with excellent persistence.
Perfect with appetizers and seafood first courses, it is ideal with grilled fish.
