Bright yellow-greenish color. On swirling the glass, the typical Torrontés aromas emerge with very good intensity. On the palate, it is young and fresh with a slightly sweet sensation, vibrant acidity and medium volume.

Doña Elsa and Don Valentin Bianchi married in 1918 and together, they formed a family and founded a winery. Elsa took care of the estate, its fruit trees and sought to maintain the Italian traditions of cooking and the enjoyment of the united "Famiglia". Today, we echo her warmth and determination in these young, vibrant wines of excellent expression and freshness.
