Bandit’s design for Tetra Pak make it an adventure-ready drink that stays fresh and uses natural resources responsibly. The wine was cold-fermented at 55°F in stainless steel to retain fresh and fruity aromas. The wine was not permitted to undergo a secondary malolactic fermentation to ensure crisp acidity.
