The Andeluna Raices Malbec appears a bright red color with violet hues in the glass. Floral, fresh, and fruity aromas with notes of black and blue fruits such as plum and blueberries. Soft, well-integrated tannins with an elegant, long finish.
Malbec is a full-bodied wine, so it must be combined with tasty foods. This wine is ideal to pair with game meats, lamb, roast pork and fattycuts of red meat (Striploin, Flank and Rump cover) with vegetables (mushrooms, roasted peppers, potatoes). It also combines very well wth cheeses, and with creamy sauces of mushrooms, pepper or sage.
The grapes used to make this wine come from Andeluna's vineyards in Mendoza. The dry climate helps to produce healthy grapes that are small in size and consequently powerful in aromatics.
