Straw yellow color with light greenish notes. Delicate and pleasant bouquet, characterized by notes of fresh fruit and white flowers. Fresh, fragrant, delicate but persistent in the mouth, with marked acidity and minerality.

Excellent as an aperitif, together with delicate appetizers, fish and white meats.

Soft pressing of the grapes and contact with the skins for 12/18 hours at controlled temperature, separation of the must and cold decantation for cleaning, alcoholic fermentation at a maximum temperature of 16°C in stainless steel tanks with the use of varietal yeasts and aromatic.
